Purchase a new home when you have not yet sold your current home

If you have found a new home and the sale of your current home is stalling, there are a number of ways of financing the purchase. Please bear in mind that despite most lenders published rates, they very rarely can lend at their lowest rate. In reality a bridging loan can cost at least 1% per month and more realistically 1.25% per month.

We have an alternative to bridging finance that can still allow you to complete in as little as two weeks with an APR in the region of 7% which is less than 0.6% per month. You do have to have a clean credit rating and the income to support the loan but we are confident that no-one can offer a cheaper solution.
